Rudy was born in New York and raised outside of Philadelphia before relocating to North Carolina in 2019. With a background in customer service and sales, he is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

The agency has been passed down from her Uncle Jesse Garcia and is delighted to take on the legacy while leading the next chapter of the Garcia- Rivera Agency for years to come. Originally from Norristown, PA, Rudy moved to North Carolina in 2019 and quickly built a strong connection within the local community alongside his wife, Zitlaly Garcia.
With a background in the automotive industry and over two years of experience with Allstate, Rudy specializes in helping clients with auto, home, renters, motorcycle, boat, and umbrella insurance. He prides himself on making the insurance process simple, transparent, and tailored to each client’s needs. Truly enjoys saving money for customers.

Xena is the four-legged Chief Happiness Officer of the Garcia-Rivera Agency. Her specialties include greeting guests, boosting office morale, and making everyone feel welcome. When she's off the clock, Xena enjoys walks, treats, belly rubs, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to making new friends and helping create a warm, welcoming environment for every visitor who stops by the agency. 🐾
